Good things here

The connectivity was excellent, with easy access to public transportation like autos, buses, and cabs just a short walk away. It made commuting a breeze, and having shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants nearby added to the convenience of daily life. The availability of lifts in the society, along with their proper maintenance, ensured smooth mobility within the buildings. The construction quality of the buildings was impressive, as evidenced by the absence of common issues like seepage, leakage, and plaster problems. It was evident that the society was well-maintained, with cleanliness and hygiene being top priorities. Regular garbage collection and pest control ensured a clean and healthy living environment. The presence of additional amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids added to the overall comfort and enjoyment of living in the society. But what truly made the experience special was the friendly and cooperative community of residents. Coming together to celebrate cultural festivals and events created a sense of belonging and camaraderie that made the society feel like one big family. read more

The livability of this society is commendable. CCTV surveillance is prevalent throughout, particularly at the entrance of each tower. Abundant playgrounds cater to children, and the pedestrian pathways are excellently maintained. Speed bumps and limiters are strategically positioned The management demonstrates efficiency, ensuring that the monthly fees are effectively utilized to maintain the greenery and cleanliness of the society. The repair crew typically responds within 30-35 minutes of being called. Moreover, security measures are stringent, with guards stationed at every building. This society is well-equipped with all essential amenities for daily life, including a general store, power backup, ample water supply, and it's pet-friendly. Also personally I use gym which is very well maintained. There are numerous amount of cultural events that are organised in this society. read more

The roads outside the society are in poor condition, sometimes under construction which affects connectivity and transportation options are limited, with low availability of cabs, buses and autos, posing challenges for residents' mobility. The building quality leaves much to be desired as the wall quality is not good, walls easily shed when nails are inserted, Seepage an leakage issues are common in this society. read more

Good things here

I use my personal vehicle for easy transportation and the society has got ample of space for parking area which is alloted to all residents, The guards managed the parking area efficiently for which no parking chaos happened. There are multiple stores, market areas and also cinema halls nearby the society which makes the connectivity very efficiet with easy accessibility to everything. The housekeeping staffs are very helful and they resolve any issues that arrise on timely manner. The maintainance charges are reasonable according to the services that's privided. The society has got spacious lifts and timely maintainance are done. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society. People are overall good and friendly. read more

Things need improvement

The main concern is of the public transports which is not easily available around the society, for travelling you have to have your car or book a cab. The construction is very average as outside the building walls the layers are comming off and seepage and leakage issues are being very common which affects overall appeal of the society. I personally used gym and the gym is very small and equipements are limited, swimmingpool is sometimes not functional and there are very small parks in the society. read more

Sometimes, I find there's a shortage of public transport available, so I end up using my personal vehicle or booking cabs. The walls in my place are quite weak, and they often have issues with dampness and seepage, highlighting the average construction quality. read more
