Good parking spaces, one huge ground for outdoor games,easy commutes available, metro n monorail connectivity, Theatre, shops are available. Well Maintained ClubShops within SocietyGood-Quality Plaster & FittingsGood Lift QualityGood Construction Quality. No Seepage Issues, Pet-Friendly society, Good Maintenance Services with Nominal Maintainance Charges are there. The resident do not have any issue for the same. Metro Connectivity is nearby the society so it becomes easy for the people to travel. Well-maintained Roads with no issue of waterlogging . No Traffic Jam Nearby, Vehicles run very smoothly on the roads present near the society. Easy Cab/Auto Availability, Well Maintained Parks, Good Public Transport, Multiple Parks with Lush Greenery all around the Society. Well-maintained Swimming Pool. Good things here

The society has several positive aspects. Elevators are installed and well-maintained, and the neighbours are very nice and friendly, always looking out for each other. The connectivity is good, with well-maintained roads, and there are essential facilities like a school, hospital, and market nearby. read more

Things need improvement

However, there are also some issues. There are no autorickshaws available, and the garbage collection is not done regularly. The water supply can be inconsistent, and maintenance work often takes up to two months to be completed. Seepage and leakage problems have been reported, but no action has been taken to resolve them. Additionally, there are no amenities like a gym or swimming pool. Some neighbours do not maintain cleanliness, and pet owners also neglect to clean up after their pets. Parking is another problem due to limited space. read more

Good things here

There is strong connectivity, and traveling is easy. Effective trash collection and regular cleaning give high maintenance. The structures have excellent ventilation, ample natural light, and well-built construction. There are lots of green spaces, a park, garden, clubhouses, gym, and pool among the amenities. The people living there are friendly and the neighborhood is nice. read more
