Good things here

I used to stay there 5 years ago, and it was a fantastic experience. The society had excellent connectivity, top-notch maintenance, solid construction, great amenities, and a friendly neighborhood. It was a new building equipped with all amenities, including proper CCTV surveillance, security guards, and ample parking. Additionally, there was a power backup generator, ensuring uninterrupted electricity supply during outages. Overall, it was a well-rounded place to live with all modern conveniences. read more

Good things here

The construction quality was good, with proper ventilation and no issues of seepage or leakage. There were no problems with water logging or network issues. Cleaning and hygiene maintenance were well taken care of. We had a play area and garden in our society. Nearby, there were malls, markets, local shops, and grocery stores available. The lifts, CCTV, and security systems worked well without any problems. We celebrated all festivals like Holi and Diwali together and enjoyed them. Parking was available in the society. read more

However, autos were not available directly outside the society; we had to walk to the main road to find them. I didn't feel safe walking through the narrow lane to the main road as people under the influence of alcohol were often roaming around. The lane was not very crowded. read more

Good things here

Ventilation was good here, Garbage collection facilities were also provided by the society. culture of this society was very good. It felt very good when all members of the society celebrate the festivals together, people were literally very good. Gyms, swimming pools , garden everything was provided and it was well maintained. no issues regarding electricals supply, etc. there were no issues regarding seepage, cracks etc. Security facilities were also okay, CCTV's are there. Autos and cabs were easily accessible , parking space was also sufficient. It was really a good experience living in this society. read more

There were issues with water supply, water used to come at specific time during the day, which posed major problem. Apart from these, Everything was nice and well maintained. read more
