It is an under-construction residential project located in a very prime locality of Mumbai this project is well connected to highway and railway station so transportation is very easy Schools, Hospitals, Markets are very close to this project.

I booked a flat Arista 9 yrs ago, no possession yet...the bulder has given me allotment letter but has not done agreement yet and is asking for higher rate. My case is in consumer court. I am not the only one who is waiting for the possession

I visited the property. Looks like a very Smart property & very nicely made. It's a upcoming 47 storey building with 7 flats on each floor. Combinations of 2BHK & 3BHK. Their are all nexessary amenities needed.
