As the society is located on the western line of the city, all essential facilities such as schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants, and movie theaters are easily approachable. Additionally, cabs and autos are readily available nearby. The build quality is excellent; despite being an older construction, there are no issues with leakages, and the building remains secure. The rooms are of standard size and well-designed. Security is robust, with facilities covering all areas and guards stationed at each entrance. The building's maintenance is exceptional, with regular upkeep ensuring the lifts are well-maintained and cleaning services operating around the clock. Electricity supply is reliable, and the residents are cooperative, contributing to a pleasant living�environment. read more

Things need improvement

The roads within the society are quite narrow, leading to significant congestion during peak hours. Additionally, the entrance is often obscured by numerous vehicles parked outside, causing inconvenience for residents. The maintenance team has not taken adequate measures to address earthquake preparedness. The society lacks amenities, with only a badminton court, hall, and garden available. Water shortages, particularly during summers, are also a concern. Furthermore, the parking area is limited and restricted to certain owners�exclusively. read more

The standout feature of this society is its excellent connectivity to Malad, Kandivali, and Andheri, making it highly convenient for those working in these hubs. The availability of metro, auto, cab, and other community transportation options enhances the ease of commuting. The locality is excellent, with a nearby railway station adding to the convenience. Living as a tenant, I found my owner to be very cooperative and responsive. Any issues were promptly addressed by approaching the maintenance team. The build quality is impressive, with strong and sturdy walls and high-standard fittings. Plumbing issues were non-existent, and the overall maintenance of the building was top-notch, thanks to an efficient team dedicated to upgrades and upkeep. The society has well-maintained lifts with regular servicing. Resident safety is ensured with the presence of guards, and there is a reliable 24-hour water and electricity supply. Security is robust, with staff present at the entrance 24/7 in two shifts, and CCTVs covering all areas. The society celebrates all festivals, fostering a sense of community. The residents are helpful, and the society is surrounded by greenery. Bachelors and pets are allowed, provided pet owners follow cleanliness rules.
