The society offered allocated parking spaces for both owners and visitors. Schools and hospitals were conveniently located nearby, with easy access to local transport. The society was exceptionally well-maintained, with functional and well-equipped amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. Cleanliness standards were top-notch. Additionally, parking was allowed for both tenants and visitors. read more

Things need improvement

During my time as a former resident, I faced issues with the condition of the outside road, particularly at the entry point. It was in bad condition, making it very difficult for me to drive my car. read more

Good things here

Auto cabs are easily available near by the society even there are schools and hospitals near by the society. �ll the modern amenities are there in the society and fully functional. High security system all the areas are under cctv survilance. All the festivals are celebrated in the society Overall good socialism in the society. read more

As such there are no issues in the society but quality of the walls is very thin and just can't hang up weighted things on the walls otherwise pop will pop out of the walls. read more

The residents are naturally friendly, fostering a warm community atmosphere. Festivals are celebrated with enthusiasm and harmony within the society. Overall, it's a very peaceful place to reside. read more

Things need improvement

Auto rickshaws are hard to find nearby because the society is located a bit inside. Security is poor; even stools outside our flats have been stolen. The water quality from the utilities is bad, with a foul smell. We have to order water tankers for drinking. The society isn't clean, and there are leakages in the flats. None of the amenities are well maintained. read more
