Autos and cabs are easily available, the construction quality is good, amenities are plentiful with more than 10 options including a gym, clubhouse, and play area, maintenance is good, elevators are installed and functioning properly, and the people are friendly. read more

Things need improvement

The main road is a bit far, about 10 minutes inside the street, and while there is no traffic near the society, the main road experiences traffic during morning and evening commutes. read more

The standout aspect of the society is the humble and friendly nature of its residents. The entire premises are kept neat and clean, with all major amenities available, including parks, jogging tracks, badminton courts, skating tracks, gym, swimming pool, and more. read more

The construction quality is very poor in the society, with issues like seepage in bathrooms and bedroom walls. The roads in front of the society are not in good condition. During rainy seasons, there are major power cuts and floods both inside and outside the premises. read more

Perumbakkam is a suburb in the Chengalpattu District of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. It is the home of several IT companies and is surrounded by residential developments; however, the locality enjoys nature's scenic beauty. The estimated area of the locality is 5.88 sq. km and has a population of 21,157. Perumbakkam has a tropical wet and dry climate with not much variation in seasonal temperature. The coordinates of the area are 12.9053°N and 80.1986°E. Tamil and English are mostly spoken here. Infrastructure and Details The Greater Chennai Corporation governs Perumbakkam. The popular areas of the locality are Nanmangalam Reserve Forest, Arignar Anna Zoological Park, Marina Beach, etc. Sithalapakkam (2.31 km), Medavakkam (3.58 km), and Nanmangalam (6.41 km) are some of the nearby localities of Perumbakkam. The suburb is well connected by the Chennai MTC buses. Some of the major roads here are Velachery-Tambaram road connecting Perumbakkam with Tambaram, and Medavakkam-Sholinganallur road connecting Perumbakkam with Sholinganallur. The Velachery Railway station and St. Thomas Mount Metro Station (green line) are two nearby stations. At 17km distance, you can find the Chennai international airport.
