Good things here

I've seen positive changes in our society recently. Schools and malls are nearby, roads are wide with one-way access. Maintenance has improved, addressing issues like seepage and plaster falling. Walls were repainted recently, and elevators are available throughout. We have parks, a clubhouse, and a swimming pool. Festivals are celebrated together, and there are regular community events. Security has notably improved since management changed. read more

Things need improvement

Currently, we have no issues in the society. Previously, under the builder's maintenance, we faced problems with seepage and plaster falling. Since then, these issues have been resolved, and the society is problem-free. read more

Good things here

The location of the society was nice as metro station was very near to the society. There were a lot of food joints and restaurants nearby along with daily needs shops, pharmacy, supermarts. read more

Things need improvement

There were seepage and leakage issue during the rainy seasons in the lobby and inside the flat premises. As the society was located on the mainroad constant traffic chaos was present. It wasnt safe for yound kids as constant movement of vehichles was there. read more

All the amenities like gym swimming pool clubhouse are available in the society and the construction quality of the society is�also�very�good as the building are strong no plaster falling issue is faced till yet. read more

There should be greenery in the society, the greenery is a little less and there should be a service lane outside the society, because if the main road starts directly outside the society, it is not safe for�the�children. read more

The society is very well maintained as CCTV cameras are installed and hygeine has been taken into consideration. People are helpful and all the festivals are celebrated together. read more
