We're really fortunate to have such a good amount of parking space allocated for all residents�it definitely makes life easier for everyone. The cleanliness and hygiene standards here are truly impeccable, and I'm grateful for the effort put into maintaining such a pristine environment. The timely garbage collection, with separate disposal of wet and dry waste, shows a real commitment to sustainability and cleanliness, which is great to see. And it's really reassuring to know that we have uninterrupted water and electricity supply at all times. With CCTV cameras installed, I definitely feel safer knowing that security measures are in place. Plus, the functional lifts and pet-friendly environment make this community even more convenient and inclusive. And having amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids just adds to the overall quality of life here. But what truly makes living here special is the friendly and cooperative atmosphere. From my perspective, I find my society to be excellent and well-maintained. I appreciate the convenience of having schools and hospitals nearby, along with a variety of schooling options. Moreover, the sense of community here is wonderful. I've made good friends, and we celebrate festivals together, which adds to the warmth of the neighborhood. The maintenance efforts are commendable, with timely garbage collection, cleanliness, and ample greenery enhancing the surroundings. One of the biggest perks is the availability of parking space. The quality of roads outside Society is impressive, and there are no issues with waterlogging inside or outside the society. The build quality is commendable, with all amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, display area, and gym available and well-maintained. Cleaning is carried out on a daily basis, with a dedicated team responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the society. The security staff is highly trained and ensures the proper management of allocated parking spaces, with visitor parking also available. High-security measures, including CCTV surveillance, cover all areas of the society. The residents are cooperative, and all festivals are celebrated within the society, fostering a sense of community. Overall, the living atmosphere in Society is peaceful�and�enjoyable. read more

According to my assessment, the build quality is indeed very poor, given the recurring issues of leakage and seepage in the society. However, there is now a maintenance team in place that is actively working to address these issues.
