Garbage collection is done on time, and maintenance charges are reasonable compared to other societies. I haven't encountered any seepage or leakage issues, indicating good build quality. Our security system is robust, with security guards, CCTV cameras, and safety features like fire extinguishers ensuring our safety. It's comforting to know that elevators are properly functioning, and we have access to amenities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, and play area for kids, all of which are well-maintained. Additionally, facilities like tennis lawns and badminton courts add to the recreational options available. I appreciate the sense of security in our society, especially at night, with no major problems reported. The community comprises contemporary families, and the friendly nature of our neighbors, along with the vibrant atmosphere created by the young crowd, adds to the overall positive experience. The society faces challenges with connectivity, as public transport is not easily accessible, resulting in long waiting times. The roads near the society are poorly maintained, compounded by ongoing construction in the vicinity, causing heavy vehicular traffic, road damage, and waterlogging issues. Additionally, the drinking water does not come from the BMC or from a borewell within the society; instead, water is supplied through tankers, leading to hard water supply. The dependency on tankers for water supply contributes to higher maintenance charges for residents. read more

The roads around the society are not in good condition and often broken, and there are no street lights. Additionally, the market is limited, and it's not a developing area, which causes problems in commuting as it takes a lot of time, especially when searching for cab bookings.
