I'm impressed by the security measures in place, including CCTV cameras throughout the society. The regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry garbage segregation is well-managed. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there's a reliable electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no termite issues, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, always ready to support each other in times of need. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards makes me feel safe, and having a gym available is a great bonus. read more
