Having malls, markets, and grocery stores nearby is incredibly convenient, and having allotted parking spaces ensures that parking is never a hassle. I'm impressed by the security measures in place, including CCTV cameras throughout the society. The well-functioning lifts add to the convenience of living here, especially for those on higher floors. The regular garbage collection with proper wet and dry garbage segregation is well-managed. Elevators are installed and maintained, and there's a reliable electricity and water supply. The construction quality is excellent, with no termite issues, proper ventilation, and good plaster and fittings. The neighbors are very nice and friendly, always ready to support each other in times of need. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards makes me feel safe, and having a gym available is a great bonus. read more
