Residents enjoy access to a wide array of well-maintained amenities, including table tennis, basketball, lawn tennis, squash court, dance classes, yoga room, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, children�s play area, community hall, and walking track. Connectivity-wise, we benefit from a convenient location approximately 1 km from essential facilities such as the bus stop, supermarket, grocery stores, schools, and hospitals. The road quality is good, with functional street lights and ample parking space available. Maintenance standards are excellent, featuring daily cleaning and regular garbage collection services. We have a reliable water and power supply, and our lifts are well-functioning for residents' convenience. The surrounding community is known for its friendly and cooperative atmosphere, enhancing the overall living experience in our neighborhood. read more

Good things here

The greenery of the society is very good, and the locality is excellent. Maintenance is very good, especially the water facilities, which are excellent, and power backups are available. Garbage collection is very good, with both wet and dry waste being collected separately. Personal security is excellent. The parking area is very secure, and there is visitor parking available. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and are very enjoyable for the kids in the society. The security of the society is very good and it is very safe. read more

Things need improvement

In the morning, taxis and autos are not available in the society, which is very inconvenient. The construction is poor, with some seepage and leaks in the society. There are repairs needed in the sports play area of the society. There is a traffic issue outside the south side of the society. read more

Though the project is well connected in the heart of the city, there is a lot of traffic jams during peak hours. I am not very satisfied with this project and would suggest everyone check other projects before investing in them.
