It might seem minor, but not having to deal with these issues made a significant difference in my daily life. It spoke volumes about the efficiency of the maintenance team and the care taken to ensure residents' comfort. The presence of reliable lift and CCTV security further elevated the living experience. In my flat, there is no issue of leakage or seepage. The society has all modern amenities and they are well-maintained. The residents are decent, and festivals are celebrated together. Cleanliness is maintained, and the lifts are regularly serviced. The ventilation in the flat is good, allowing ample sunlight. read more

Things need improvement

Public transport is not readily available from the society, and it takes a long time for cabs to arrive. The water supply from PMC is not sufficient; tankers have to be called for additional water. There is very little greenery, and there should be more. Other people in the flats have leakage and seepage issues. read more
