The society construction quality is superb with 2 under ground parking connected with high speed lifts. The security is good with 4 guarda posted on the entry gate all the time. The common areas are well lit and CCTV cameras as installed to provide safety. There is shopping complex inside the campus itself and working space for people working from home. The view from the 28th floor is just breath taking. Apartments are spacious with excellent ventilation. Festivals are celebrated with grandeur and pomp. The location advantage is also there as it is located in Financial district. Major IT companies and banks corporate offices are located within 5-10 kms. The stray dogs are encouraged by some residents which case safety hazards for the residents. If they are empathatic towards animals they should take them to their house instead of giving them food in common areas. Finding a decent maid is another challenge one might face. Good things here
Whatever one need for a quality lifestyle is available in this society. Amenities are modern and top class. There are EV charging facilities, workspace for workign professional, green areas and gardens for walks, clubhouse with modern gym, swimming pool and on terrace tennis court, multilevel parking facility, theare, high speed lifts and finally disney themed areas. The rentals are highest in the area. Increasing 15-20% year on year. The maintenance charges are additional to the rent. There is issue with the water quality. The hygyiene is not good in stairs and parking space. There are no speedbreakers inside the society people rush vehicles without concerning about the safety of kids and elders. Good things here
It is located near ISB campus and overlooking the financial district. It is state of the art society with themed building ahd parks. High rise society with 10 towers and 36 floors with each tower named after Disney characters. There are 4 lifts in each tower, they are quite fast. Well maintained greenary with statues of animals in disney characters is adored by my kids. The swimming pool is just amazing, giving a feeling of an oasis with trees planted near the pool itself. Given that so many amenities are present in the society, the maintance could be better. The pool is not well maintained. The waste management could be improved, people just dump their garbage inside the society. read more
