Good things here

Living here is really convenient. The connectivity is excellent with easy access to public transport like buses, autos, and cabs, and the well-maintained roads make commuting a breeze. It's great having schools, hospitals, and markets nearby, and each resident having designated parking adds to the convenience. The society maintains good discipline with rules being followed, and amenities like the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained. The neighbors are very friendly, creating a pleasant community atmosphere. read more

However, there are areas that need improvement. There seems to be a lot of mismanagement in society maintenance, particularly with garbage collection. Good things here

The metro station is near the society. Garbage collection is on time, and maintenance of the lift, CCTV, and security is done very well. The monthly maintenance charge for a 3BHK is Rs. 6000. The garden has lush greenery. The construction quality is good; there are no issues with seepage or leakage in the society. All festivals like Holi, Diwali, and Ganpati are celebrated here. There are plenty of shops nearby such as grocery stores, medical shops, malls, and restaurants. Covered parking is available in the society. All amenities such as gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, play area, and garden are available, and maintenance is also very good. read more

The only issue is during the rainy season when there is some waterlogging near the society gate. Otherwise, everything else is excellent in the society. read more

Pets are allowed in the society. The lifts are well-maintained. Cleanliness and hygiene are maintained. Festivals are celebrated, and the residents are cooperative and friendly. Water is available 24/7. There is enough parking for both visitors and residents. All modern amenities are available and well-maintained.
