Good things here

I really like how well the society is managed and the fact that there's a beautiful park right here. The people who live here are friendly, and everything around the society is kept in good shape. Plus, there's a nice variety of amenities that make socializing easy and enjoyable. read more

Things need improvement

I'm not happy with how some brokers behave unethically when renting out homes here. There have been problems with them keeping security deposits and advance rent unlawfully, which has made my experience really bad. Also, the maintenance fees are way too high, which affects how satisfied I am with the project overall. read more

I really liked how easy it was to get to malls, hospitals, and parks from the society. The maintenance was great too; they kept everything in good shape. And the construction quality was top-notch; the walls were strong, and they used really durable materials. read more

I had some bad experiences with security deposits and rent; it seemed like some unfair stuff was going on. Dealing with brokers was also tough because of hidden charges. Plus, the social scene here didn't feel very welcoming or inclusive among the residents. read more
