Good things here

The society is always clean because the cleaning is done on time and the garbage is collected regularly, so nothing stays dirty. The whole society remains clean. There are also all the amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and garden for the people. The neighbors are also good, they talk nicely and are helpful. read more

Things need improvement

People are facing a lot of problems because there are no autos or rickshaws available near the society. They have to wait for a long time and walk a long distance, which is very difficult for them. read more

Maintenance is good in the society. There is a reliable power backup, and garbage collection is very efficient. There are no issues with sewage or leaks in the society. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis courts, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained in the society. Water facilities are not good; there is a water shortage in the society. The builder is not maintaining the infrastructure properly. There are two lakes within the society, which causes flooding during rain. This is very inconvenient. There is a lot of water logging in the center of the society during the rainy season. Due to the flood water, the basement lift was not working, which was very inconvenient. Connectivity is also not good. Autos are very inconvenient; if you book them online, they can take up to 2 hours to arrive, which is very inconvenient. Public transportation like buses is available but is 2-3 kilometers away from the society, making it very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive. There are a lot of stray dogs in the society, which is very inconvenient. Autos are available far from the society, which is very inconvenient. read more

Good things here

I really appreciate having a school, hospital, and market nearby, it makes daily life much easier. Having designated parking is a big plus, too. The connectivity is excellent, I can easily catch buses, autos, or cabs, which makes commuting hassle-free. The well-maintained roads also help a lot. I'm impressed with the regular garbage collection and how they separate wet and dry waste, it keeps everything clean. The elevator is reliable, making it easy to get around the building. We always have continuous electricity and water, which is essential. Plus, having access to a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool for recreation is fantastic. The neighbours are friendly and welcoming, creating a real sense of community and security. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards adds an extra layer of safety. read more

One thing that really bothers me is the seepage problem inside my apartment. It takes away from the otherwise great living experience here, and I hope it gets fixed soon for better living conditions. read more

Water facilities are not good in the society because the water borewells are not functioning well. Cleaning services are also not effective, which affects hygiene in the society. This should be improved. Construction quality is not good; there are some seepages seen in some parts of the society. Parking space is also insufficient. Connectivity to cabs and autos are avaiable in the society; it's inconvenient if we book Ola as it can cause traffic issues. Construction is poor; there's a basement, and there's water seepage during rain, which is very inconvenient. read more

Further, 81.88% of our total Saleable Area for completed projects were in the mid-market category and affordable housing category (with midmarket and affordable categories accounting for 48.02% and 33.86% respectively), and the remainder in the commercial and office space and luxury housing categories, as of November 30, 2018.
