The access road to this property is very bad. There is a dumpyard at the entrance approach road which is very poorly maintained. You can see the wastage from dumpyard on the main road itself. This is causing health hazard to the people living nearby. The ground water is contaminated due to the dumpyard. Stay away from this property unless the dumpyard by Perumbakkam panchayat is cleared. read more
