Water supply is consistent, and the construction quality is reliable, free from common issues like seepage or leakage. Residents enjoy facilities such as a gym, park, clubhouse, and children's play area. Our community is friendly and cooperative, often celebrating cultural events together, and pet rules are strictly enforced. Lifts are well-maintained for convenience, and CCTV ensures security. read more

However, our society does not have a swimming pool facility available. Apart from that, there are no issues in this society. read more

Good things here
You have a nice park nearby, and since the society is near the main road, public transport is easily accessible. You also have vegetable markets and grocery shops nearby. Garbage collection is punctual, and lift maintenance is good too. It's wonderful that all festivals are celebrated in the society read more

There's no gym or swimming pool, which is quite disappointing for those who enjoy these amenities. Additionally, the building is a bit old and could use some updates. It would be much better if these issues were addressed to improve the overall living experience. read more

Good things here
The lift is good and well-maintained. Garbage collection is done daily. Ventilation is excellent. People are helpful and friendly. The garden, park, and parking slots are all well-maintained. Public transport is easily accessible. read more
Things need improvement
The maintenance team charges extra for installing tube lights. Vegetable markets and grocery shops are far away. There's no swimming pool. There's no trainer available in the gym. No functions are held in the clubhouse. read more
