Good things here
There is located parking available, which is well-maintained in the society. My experience here has been quite good. The society is kept clean, and garbage collection is done on time. Additionally, the connectivity of the society is very good, with roads in excellent condition and friendly people. Various festivals are also celebrated in the society, and it's pet-friendly with rules in place that everyone follows. Overall, the society�is�very�good. read more

There's nothing in the society that needs improvement; it's very good overall. However, there's a minor issue with the construction quality, which is noticeable in certain areas, such as outside the flats and in common areas where there's a problem�with�seepage. read more

In my opinion, while the overall maintenance of the site is satisfactory, there is room for improvement. Additionally, fostering a more cooperative and supportive atmosphere among society members could enhance the overall living experience. Society enjoys convenient connectivity with nearby availability of cabs, autos, and public transport. The people in the community are very welcoming and celebrate all festivals together. There are no issues such as leaks, seepage, or cracks in the buildings. We have reliable water and electricity supply, and proper garbage collection services. Security and parking facilities are excellent. read more

Amenities were getting built at that time , so no amenities were there in the society at that time . I had no other issues in the society at that time , it was a pleasant stay . read more

Maintenance poses a challenge due to issues from the builder. Although CCTV is installed, it doesn't function properly, and there are problems with seepage and waterlogging in the basement, which the management hasn't addressed adequately. Parking remains an ongoing issue within the society. read more
