The good connectivity was there, with easy availability of auto rickshaws just outside the society. The basement parking is mostly for residents, with some outside parking available as well. The ventilation and architecture of the building are well-designed, and the gym, clubhouse, and play area have recently been developed. The spacious swimming pool is a great feature. The elevators are sufficient for the 20-level building, with two or three elevators, including one for luggage and the others for people. The residents are cooperative and friendly, celebrating festivals together, making it a harmonious society for both Hindus and Muslims. read more

There were traffic congestion due to the nearby commercial stops, banks, other societies, and multiple projects in the area outside the society, which causes a bit of congestion outside the society. There is also seepage from the washroom on the upper floor, which is an issue. read more

The construction is solid and well-done. The amenities are fantastic with a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubs. The connectivity is great with autos, cabs, and the railway station nearby. The airport and hospital are also close. The neighbourhood is friendly. Security is good with CCTV and ample parking, including guest parking. Overall, it�s a good place to live. read more

The lift is not clean at all. Sometimes pet dogs pee in the lift and it stinks. Garbage collectors take the garbage in the lift, which also makes it stink. Maids use the main lift too. Garbage cleaners, pet owners, and maids should use the service lift instead. There are stray dogs in the society, even though there is security. read more

The connectivity is excellent with Ola and Uber Not Cancelling rides airports and railway stations nearby making it easy to travel around. The neighbourhood is friendly and safe in the society. read more

There is seepage in the washroom walls. The gym has some unnecessary rules like having to wear shoes to enter the gym, which feels unnecessary as residents have common sense. The children's play area has safety concerns with manholes in front of blocks C3, C2, B1, B2, B3, B4, and B5, where kids could trip and fall and the maintenance team is not doing anything about it. read more

Everything here is great. Ola and Uber do not cancel rides, and railway stations are not far away. There are no issues with maintenance. We have all the amenities like a garden, children's play area, swimming pool, gym, and clubhouses, and they are in perfect condition. The construction is solid with no problems of seepage, leakage, cracks, ventilation, or termites. read more
