Location-wise, it's outstanding, with everything within a 100-meter walkable distance. Residents have access to hospitals, supermarkets, and bus stops. Every week, vegetable sellers come by to sell their goods, along with salons and shops. Street lights are available, and we have ample parking space. Amenities like a clubhouse, swimming pool, squash court, lawn, basketball court, table tennis, kids' play area, and walking track are available. Maintenance-wise, cleaning is done every day, and garbage collection is carried out daily. We have 24/7 water and power supply. Construction-wise, I appreciate good ventilation.
