I really appreciate the nice, friendly, and humble neighbours in this society. Their welcoming attitude creates a pleasant and supportive living environment. The presence of CCTV cameras and security guards provides a sense of security and peace of mind. The regular garbage collection with wet and dry waste segregation helps in maintaining cleanliness. Having a supermarket nearby is convenient for daily shopping needs. Continuous electricity and water supply ensure a hassle-free living experience. The excellent construction quality ensures there are no seepage or termite issues, with proper ventilation adding to the comfort. Modern amenities such as a gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained and enhance the overall quality of life. read more

Things need improvement

There are a couple of issues that need attention. There is a recurring issue with Ola and Uber cabs going to the nearby society instead of ours, which can be frustrating. Additionally, there is a network issue that affects connectivity. read more

Maintenance services are very good in this society. Water facilities are excellent, power backups are reliable, and garbage collection is efficient�they collect daily. Amenities like swimming pools, clubhouses, gyms, and kids' play areas are available and well-maintained. Ventilation systems in the houses are also very effective. Maintenance of green areas is prioritized here. Public transportation, like buses, is easily accessible within walking distance. The parking area is spacious, and there's a dedicated visitors' parking facility. Cleanliness in the society is very good. Security measures are robust and ensure a safe environment. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity can be unreliable at times; if we book Ola, it may not always be available in this society. The nearest metro station is quite far, about 2 kilometers away from the society. read more

Things need improvement

The lights in front of individual houses are very bright at night and need to be turned off after 10 PM. This makes it hard to sleep. I keep messaging the group but no one cares to switch off the light. read more

The metro station being just 1. 5 km away is super convenient for daily commutes. I'm really happy with all the amenities provided here - they cover everything we need. The best part is the friendly community; the people living here are genuinely nice and welcoming. read more

While there's not much to complain about, I think we could use more community events to bring everyone together. It would be great to have more opportunities to socialize with our wonderful neighbors. read more
