Good things here

Connectivity, like cabs and autos, is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Water facility is excellent, available 24/7 in the society. Power backup is also available. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily at a particular time at the main gate. Ventilation of the flats is very good. Public transportation like buses is available within 300 meters from the society. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and football court are available and well-maintained in the society. read more

Things need improvement

Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. The parking area is very congested in the society. The construction quality is very poor; there are some seepages and leakages in the walls of the society. Roads inside the society are not good. read more
