Connectivity of society is great with availability of autos, cabs and public transport . No issues like leakage , seepage in the building . Good security and parking facilities. read more

Issues with water and electricity supply . No amenities like swimming pool gym , clubhouse and park in the society. No festival celebration happens in the society. read more

Good things here

It's a big community with 12 towers, each floor having 4 houses. There is a huge place for walking, which we use regularly. Location-wise, within 1 km, there are petrol bunks, bus stops, supermarkets, and grocery stores. The road condition is good, and the street lights are working. There is ample parking space. Garbage is collected on time, and there is 24/7 water and power supply. The lifts function well. Amenities include yoga, a cricket pitch, table tennis, swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, walking track, and community hall. People are friendly and helpful. read more

Things need improvement

There are seepage issues in the bathrooms in their society, which require urgent attention to prevent further damage and ensure better living conditions for the residents. Proper repairs are necessary. read more

Every maintenance service is very good in the suburb. Public transportation is very convenient. Construction quality is very good; there are no sound or insulation issues. Amenities include a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, tennis court, kids' play area, and indoor games, all of which are well-maintained. Connectivity and local amenities are easily available for the residents. Maintenance costs are very reasonable. Parking at the site is sufficient, and there are visitor parking spaces. The community has decent transport options, with buses and autorickshaws arriving on time. To get to these, residents don't have to go far. There are no leaks or seepage problems anywhere in the society due to its high grade of construction. Excellent security is also provided by the sturdy, unbroken structure and the constantly on-duty guards. read more
