Good things here

The residents in the society are very good; we celebrate festivals together. There's good ventilation in my flat. Parking space is ample for residents. I have my own vehicle. There's parking available for visitors in the society as well. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. If there's ever a leakage issue, it's quickly resolved by the society. Problems are resolved promptly. Water is available 24/7. The society is clean. All modern amenities are present and well-maintained. read more

Things need improvement

The connectivity is very poor; autos are not available in the morning. There's no public transport available near the society, and there's no metro station nearby. There's an issue with sunlight in some areas; sunlight doesn't come through. Due to ongoing construction nearby, there's a lot of pollution in the air and noise. Construction work with JCBs starts as early as 4 AM, causing disturbance. In the area where garbage is collected in the society, there's a strong smell and many rats have appeared. I've raised the issue, but no action has been taken yet. read more
