Maintenance quality of the society is satisfactory with regular garbage removal and cleanliness. All possible issues related to basic needs are resolved immediately. The construction quality is also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Fire exit is provided. Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse are available in the society. The parking lot is provided and is very spacious. Neighborhood is friendly and cooperative in nature. read more

The public transport options are a little far, thus it becomes a little inconvenient in terms of connectivity. The road quality is average. The maintenance charges are very high. Amenities provided are not up to the mark. read more

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is very good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. No such major electricity issues is faced. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking is available. Street dog issues are not faced. Good things here

The society culture of this society was very good. It felt very good when all members of the society celebrated the festivals together; people were literally very good. Gyms, swimming pools, and gardens were all provided and well maintained. There were no issues regarding water supply, electrical supply, etc. There were no issues regarding seepage, cracks, etc. Security facilities were also okay, and CCTVs were there. Autos and cabs were easily accessible, and parking space was also sufficient. Ventilation was good too. Garbage collection facilities were also provided by the society. I enjoyed my time staying in this soc. read more

Things need improvement

Being a swimming enthusiast, The only issue i faced was about the cleanliness of swimming pool. Swimming pool's water was not cleaned daily ; apart from this, everything was good there and well maintained. read more
