Good things here
Metro is not yet here, but it has been proposed. Auto and rickshaw are available. Maintenance theek hai society ki. Agar ko complaint registered hai toh time se resolve kar dete hain. There is no dirt, everything is cleaned and maintained. Basement aur parking bhi theek hain. Seelan aur seepage koi issue nahi hai. Ek do flat mai ho sakta ho lekin aisa koi bada issue nahi hai. Water logging is also not an issue during rains. Amenities like gym, pool, club house are there in the society and well maintained. They were closed in the winters but now they will be functional in summers. Neighbours are friendly and cooperative. There is a shop in the society's campus. read more

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is really good. We easily get different modes of transports such as autos, buses, e-rickshaws. Metro is also nearby. There are schools and hospitals near to the society as well. According to me there are not major issues related to the construction quality of the society because it depends on people to people that how they treats their societies. Adding on to this, we have all the other facilities such as Gym, swimming pools and clubhouses in our society. read more

People living in the society are not good, they are not friendly which results into the lack of bonding into the society among the different neighbours. Another aeea of concern with the society is the maintenance of the society. People living here do not put an effort to keep society maintained. Also there should be more emphasis that needs to be laid down by the management towards the maintenance. read more

Connectivity is good, everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. Markets are available inside the society and also outside the society there are markets. The society has not got any water supply issues. There was no water shortage as such in the society. The society is properly maintained and it is also kept clean. Garbage collection is done on time. No major electricity issues are faced in the society, power backup is available. Facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are very good in the society, they are friendly and cooperative, festivals are celebrated together. Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed and it works all over the society. There is good amount of parking space in the society. read more
