Good things here

The flats had good sunlight and ventilation, with no leakage or seepage issues. Daily garbage collection ensured cleanliness, and there was round-the-clock water supply. All modern amenities were available and well-maintained. The residents were decent, and auto-rickshaws were easily available near the society. The roads outside the society were in good condition. read more

Things need improvement

Cockroaches were abundant in the flats, and we had to manage pest control ourselves as it was not provided by the society. There was a significant issue with the mobile network in the flats. read more

Good things here

We take pride in keeping our surroundings clean, and hygiene is a top priority for us. Garbage collection is done diligently and on time. Outside the society, the connectivity is excellent, with auto rickshaws and cabs readily available. We have easy access to local shops, supermarkets, schools, hospitals, and grocery stores, which makes life very convenient. The roads are in good condition, and streetlights ensure visibility at night. Parking is never an issue as there's plenty of space available. I'm pleased to say that we don't have any seepage or leakage issues in our apartments, and ventilation in the rooms is excellent. Our society boasts fantastic amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse, which are all well-utilized by the residents. Our elevators are in good working condition and are regularly maintained for everyone's convenience. One of the things I appreciate most about living here is how quickly issues are resolved. Whether it's maintenance concerns or community matters, our management team is proactive in addressing them. Moreover, the residents in our society are decent and educated, which creates a pleasant and harmonious atmosphere.
