dear sir or mem I am broke so I say my personal experience ,in this area many mall and market available so easily purchase daily base item. in this area Street light 6 pm to 6 am available so no any problem. and transportation so I say near one auto stand and one bus stop brts and amts so no any problem, neighbourhood no any complaints noted last 1 year .if u buy studying this so this is for u because near many college and school available. so this is my personal experience.

my personal experience say to in this area 2 factory available, only 2 company pollution create but they plants many tree.yes only raining session water shortage problem ,dear sir or mam no any extra electric charge...market as same electric charge pay ....24×7 power supply available.
