Dhruv Agarwala is the CEO of REA India, that is a part of REA Group Ltd. of Australia (ASX: REA) (‘REA Group’). Dhruv is a serial entrepreneur and one of the pioneers in the PropTech industry in India. He has been instrumental in starting successful ventures across a wide spectrum of domains, including education, mining and fintech. Dhruv co-founded PropTiger.com in 2011, with the objective of making the home-buying process transparent and simple for consumers in India. After the early success of this brand, the company under his leadership acquired Housing.com, Makaan.com, Out of Box Interactions, 3DPhy and FastFox to expand its footprint in the digital real estate domain. He is credited with transforming the position of his home-grown company into a leading brand that is now owned by the REA Group along with global communications giant NewsCorp. Standing at the forefront of the PropTech space, having orchestrated a groundbreaking deal with REA Australia, a News Corp group company; he transitioned from a promoter role to serve as a distinguished Professional CEO. In the past, Dhruv has been the CEO of General Electric’s (GE) infrastructure business in India and has also led the Institutional Sales function for GE in India. Prior to that, he held multiple senior positions with the company in the US. Dhruv left GE in 2006 to start his entrepreneurial journey in the internet space, co-founding iTrust Financial Advisors, an online financial advisory company, which was later acquired by Karvy. An avid supporter of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in India, Dhruv has also been supporting startups in the capacity of a mentor, an angel investor and an advisor. Dhruv is also a firm believer in building and sustaining long-term relationships. Snehil has a proven track record of scaling digital platforms, optimizing customer acquisition, and enhancing brand presence in highly competitive markets. His expertise spans across digital transformation, omnichannel marketing, and leveraging AI-driven insights to drive user engagement, lead generation, and revenue growth. A technology and data enthusiast, Snehil holds a BTech and MTech from IIT Bombay. He is passionate about blending creativity with analytics to build high-performing marketing ecosystems that deliver measurable business impact.

Abhishek is a seasoned technology leader with over 19 years of experience driving innovation and scaling technology operations at global companies. As the Group Chief Technology Officer at Housing.com and Proptiger.com , he leads the Engineering and Data Science teams, focusing on advancing platform capabilities. Abhishek holds extensive expertise in building scalable technology platforms and driving digital transformation, aligning with REA India’s mission to revolutionize the real estate sector through technology. Before joining REA India, he spent seven years at Expedia India, spearheading core eCommerce technology initiatives. He also led global engineering teams at Amazon, enhancing retail experiences and alternate delivery models.

Rohit Hasteer, Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Housing.com, PropTiger.com, and Makaan.com is responsible for building and sustaining a vibrant company culture and a talent force that is aligned and drives the organization vision. He has rich experience in finding and building talent, setting up robust policies and processes, honing talent through learning & development, and talent management. Rohit has almost two decadess of experience working with start-ups and fast paced organizations across industries. Prior to this role, Rohit was Director, People Management & Human Resources – Indian Subcontinent, UTi Worldwide Inc. He has also been in senior level positions at MakeMyTrip.com, Aviva India Life Insurance, and Citifinancial Consumer Finance, successfully delivering results for the Human Resource function.

Rohit has earned his MBA (Human Resource) from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. He has played a crucial role in taking companies like MakeMyTrip and UTi Worldwide to top ranks in the journey towards Great Places To Work and has been awarded for his strategy and leadership in the HR domain. Sangeet has more than 12 years of experience in leading product and technology for growth and early-stage ventures. Previously, he founded his own venture in PropTech and created a category-defining edtech product used globally. At REA India, he heads product and design and is passionate about changing the way people find their dream homes.

An alumnus of Delhi University, Amit has worked with leading brands like MagicBricks.com, Religare Securities, ABN, Standard Chartered, etc., in areas linked to sales and strategy.

Simon is a seasoned digital product and technology leader with over a decade of experience at the REA Group. Simon has helped to drive the strategy and growth in Advertising, C2C and B2B verticals. He has successfully led teams of 350+ people, delivering high-impact solutions that leverage data and market dynamics to drive revenue, using expert strategies in monetization, pricing strategies, and technology-driven product development. Before joining the REA Group, Simon held leadership roles in various businesses specialising in Geographic Information Systems products and services. He has worked across multiple industry verticals and geographies as a non-executive director at ManagedApp & Realtair. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Geography from the University of Strathclyde and is a GAICD-certified board member.
