Connectivity-wise, there are 500 schools, ATMs, bus stops, supermarkets, grocery stores, with good road quality and functioning street lights. There's ample parking space. Construction-wise, the rooms are large and well-ventilated, with amenities like table tennis, squash courts, a gym, swimming pool, children's play area, walking track, and a community hall. Maintenance is regular; everything is cleaned properly, with daily garbage collection. There are no issues with water, power, or lift functioning. read more

Garbage collection is very good; they will collect wet and dry waste separately. The ventilation of the flats is very good. There are a lot of trees nearby. Parking space is very spacious. Public transportation is very good with many options within walking distance. Hospitals are available nearby for emergencies. Facilities like grocery stores and supermarkets are also available within walking distance. read more
