Near the society, there were schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants, and DMARTs conveniently located. The quality of food outside the society is good, and there are no water-logging issues inside or outside the society. The build quality of the society is excellent, with no infrastructure defects observed so far. Amenities such as playgrounds, malls, and gyms are available within the society. Safety is prioritized, with guards stationed at entrances and CCTV coverage in all areas. Garbage collection is carried out daily, and dry and wet waste is segregated within the society. Allocated parking for owners and visitors is provided. Electricity is available 24 hours, with power backup facilities in place. The community comprises decent and well-educated individuals, and all festivals are celebrated within the society. Security guards are well-trained to manage parking areas efficiently, minimizing queues and congestion within�the�society. read more

Things need improvement

There are several issues in that society. Firstly, there is no consistent municipal water supply, forcing residents to rely on tanker facilities that provide hard water. This poses challenges regarding drinking water quality. Additionally, I have sold my flat in that society but have not yet received any profit due to the numerous issues present. Local transport facilities are easily accessible near the society, and there is a DMART located at a short distance. The build quality is average. The society benefits from 24-hour electricity supply. Safety measures are in place with guards stationed at the entrance 24/7 and CCTV coverage in all areas. Garbage collection is conducted daily, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the society. Social functions are celebrated within the community, fostering a sense of togetherness. There is no discrimination between owners and tenants in the society, promoting inclusivity�and�fairness. read more

Things need improvement

Bus services are not available near the society, and there is no local market nearby. Only one shop is present within the society, requiring residents to travel long distances for other essentials. Parking slots are limited, causing chaos among residents. During my five years in the society, I faced leakage and seepage problems twice, bearing the repair costs myself. Currently, neither the owner nor the maintenance team addresses these issues. The society lacks amenities such as a swimming pool, and the gym is small and poorly equipped. The clubhouse is empty, and water supply is restricted to specific hours from 12 PM�noon�to�5�PM. read more

Issue resolution is prompt and efficient, thanks to a dedicated maintenance team that oversees daily upkeep and cleaning. Garbage collection occurs daily. Fire safety measures, such as fire exits, circuits, and extinguishers, are provided. Pets are allowed in the society following specific rules and regulations set by pet owners. Bachelor's are allowed in the society. Allocated parking for owners and visitors is provided within�the�society. read more
