Nearby markets, grocery stores, schools, malls, and restaurants offer convenient amenities for residents. Proximity to hospitals ensures quick access to healthcare services, enhancing residents' well-being. Traffic congestion is rarely a concern, contributing to smoother commutes. The road quality outside the society is commendable, with functional street lights ensuring safety. The society maintains high standards of security with well-maintained CCTV systems and lifts. Timely garbage collection services contribute to a clean and hygienic living environment. Residents benefit from uninterrupted water supply and electricity, with no reported issues regarding availability. read more

Unfortunately, the society does not provide a parking area, which can be inconvenient for residents with vehicles. Mobile network issues occasionally occur within the society, impacting communication for residents. The construction quality in the society is subpar, leading to issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems in certain flats. Good things here

I am a former resident of the society. connectivity is good as andheri local station is nearby for local train. Taxi, cabs are also accessible. Garbage is disposed & collected on time. Bijli, paani theek se aata tha. Construction quality is good, balconies are there in flats, with good ventilation. Lifts are well maintained, parking space is allotted. read more

Things need improvement

There are no amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks in society. During rains, waterlogging ka issue hota tha society mein with minor seepage, leakage issue in flats. I did not interacted much with the residents so can't tell about them. read more

Good things here

Stayed here for 1 month only the connectivity, with public transport options such as autos, buses, and cabs available within walking distance. Local shops, supermarkets, grocery stores are located nearby. The metro station is also close to the society. The premises are well-maintained and kept clean. 24/7 drinking water and electricity supply, and garbage was collected on time every day. read more

Things need improvement

Major issue in the society was, it is located near the meat market because of which there was a really bad smell of meat due to which they could not open the window. read more

Good things here

I am a former resident in the society. Connectivity of society was nice, I used public transport and local metro, auto, cabs all were available. Maintenance charges are nominal, kooda wagera time se uth jata tha. Log acche the society mein, festivals celebrate hote the society mein. read more

Things need improvement

Balcony nahi tha society mein, ventilation ka issue tha. Amenities were there but they were not accessible to tenants. This should be resolved, these facilities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse should be accessible to tenants also. read more
