Good things here

This society was under construction three years ago, and almost all of the buildings are new. There are no issues with construction quality. The flats are well-designed, each equipped with good windows and balconies for proper ventilation. The society enjoys good connectivity, being within walking distance of essential amenities such as vegetable shops and supermarkets. During our one year of residence, we haven't faced any major issues related to cleanliness or water supply. The monthly maintenance charges are reasonable. Amenities such as the clubhouse, power backups, security, and elevators are well-maintained, and construction is progressing smoothly. read more

Things need improvement

I moved out of this society around 3 years ago, and during my time there, the major concern within the community was the absence of designated parking areas. Vehicles belonging to residents were often parked directly near the flats and children's play areas. read more

The ambiance of the society is pleasant, surrounded by lush greenery and trees. Within a 1 km radius, residents have access to bus stands, markets, and vegetable markets. Maintenance is satisfactory with regular cleaning and garbage collection. Amenities like a gym, swimming pool, club, table tennis, basketball court, community hall, and children's play area are available. Construction-wise, there are large rooms with good ventilation. Residents in this society are required to pay additional charges for accessing amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and club facilities. These charges are in addition to the regular maintenance fees and are meant to cover the upkeep and maintenance of these amenities. read more

Hiranandani Glen gate is an area you might call home. It's well located in central Bangalore. I was here for one year and the enthusiasm and the mood were truly taken away. There is a lot of flora in my local vicinity. It has an indoor squash courts, luxury swimming and a cutting-edge gym.
