The maintenance of facilities, particularly the lifts, is excellent, with regular servicing and upkeep. The society offers various amenities including a clubhouse, banquet hall, children's play area, and a well-maintained swimming pool, all of which are kept in good condition. Safety features such as fire exits, staircases, and fire extinguishers are provided by the builder. Continuous 24/7 water and electricity supply is ensured, with power backup facilities like generators available. Festivals are celebrated within the society, and security is maintained with CCTV surveillance and entrance guards who verify individuals entering the premises. Cleanliness is prioritized, with garbage being collected daily. Baguiati lies off the Kazi Nazrul Islam Sarani, popularly known as VIP Road, in the north eastern periphery of Kolkata. It is developing into an important commercial and trade center. Lake Town, Dum Dum Park, Krishnapur (more popularly known as Kestopur), Teghoria, Kaikhali, New Town, and Salt Lake cities are the nearby areas of Baguiati. Baguiati is a prominent locality placed on the VIP Road. The locality is a residential hub in the north-eastern part of Kolkata. It comes under the jurisdiction of Bidhan Nagar Municipal Corporation and is a part of the Kolkata Metropolitan Development Authority (KMDA). Several prime localities near Baguiati are Dumdum, Keshtopur, Salt Lake, Rajarhat, Lake Town, Bangur Avenue, and New Town.
