Good things here

Connectivity in this society is good with public transport easily accessible. We also get autos, cabs and rickshaws very easily. Parking spaces are also available here. One thing that is very good about this society is everything is available here like grocery shops, gyms, swimming pools, playing area for children. There are no issues regarding water supply and electric supply. People of this soc are kind of good, we celebrate festivals together too. read more

Things need improvement

Nowadays , we are really facing many issues relating to maintenance, we have complained many times but the issue doesn't get resolved, the maintenance team is imply ignoring them again and again. Also, the security guards here are not guard, they work acc to their own wish, sometimes they allow entry from gate 4 , sometimes they don't which really creates lot of confusion as to from which gate we should make the entry for guests. read more

Connectivity might not be ideal for those relying on public transport, I find the society overall quite good. The maintainance of the society is very well managed with proper collection and disposal of garbage. The construction quality is solid, and I haven't encountered any issues like seepage or structural problems. The amenities like gym & a swimming pool are avilable and decently maintained, providing a comfortable living environment. Most of the neighbors are friendly, although interactions are limited due to everyone being busy with their own lives. read more

Good things here

There are top notch amenities available like gyms, swimming pools and club houses. There are also public parks available and they are cleaned regularly. Maintenance facilities of the soc are also good with fast issue resolution and lift facilities are also available . Construction quality of the soc is also okay , i don't face any issues regarding seepage , cracks , water supply or electricity supply. CCTVs are also available in the soc so there no security issues too. People here are good and engaging. Connectivity is also quite good here with proper parking spaces and autos and rickshaws easily accessible, overall, It's a nice society to live in . read more

Things need improvement

The main issue here is of traffic outside the society, especially during business hours, it sometimes takes around 1 hour to get out of that, apart from that , i don't face any issues here; it's kind of pleasant to live here. read more
