The metro station is also nearby for easy access to public transportation. The society is consistently maintained with a strong emphasis on cleanliness and proper hygiene practices. Timely garbage collection and pest control services are provided. Residents enjoy additional facilities and amenities such as a gym, swimming pool, park, and children's play area within the society. Things need improvement

Occasionally, we encounter rare instances of seepage and leakage in the society, which are promptly addressed as they arise. Ventilation in my flat is inadequate. Water supply remains a significant issue affecting the entire community. There is a need for improved cleanliness standards throughout the society. Currently, roads outside the society are undergoing construction, impacting accessibility. Additionally, the absence of a clubhouse and issues related to street dogs are concerns that need attention. read more

My experience in the society was excellent. The connectivity of the society was great, with a nearby metro station and railway station, and easily accessible public transport. Additionally, the maintenance of the society, especially regarding cleanliness, was commendable. The society was kept neat and clean, and all facilities were well-maintained. The construction quality was also good, as I never encountered any issues like seepage. Moreover, parking was ample, and I never faced any problems regarding parking. There were no water-related issues, and the people in the society were very friendly and helpful. Furthermore, there was plenty of open space in the society. Overall, my experience in the society was amazing, and I didn't face any issues that caused me any trouble. Everything in the society was�satisfactory. read more

Good things here

The connectivity was excellent, with autos readily available near the society, and the metro station was just a 2-minute walk away. There were no issues with traffic, and the roads outside the society were well-maintained. There were no problems with leakage or seepage in the flats. Security was good, and the lifts were well-maintained. There was also ample greenery in the vicinity. read more

The flats did not have balconies, and the society was not connected to the highway. The maintenance in the society was not up to the mark and could have been better. Some residents had allotted parking, but others parked their vehicles anywhere they could find space. read more
