Amenities such as the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and children's play area are well-maintained and available within the society. Maintenance services ensure good water efficiency and reliable power backup systems, ensuring uninterrupted service. Garbage collection is also efficient, contributing to the cleanliness of the environment. Connectivity to nearby areas is convenient, with public transport stops available within approximately 2 kilometers from the society. Security measures are very stringent, ensuring safety for residents. However, there are some noise issues due to construction activities nearby. read more

Things need improvement

There is a significant traffic issue outside of the society, which is quite inconvenient. There is also a metro station located just a few meters away, making transportation very accessible. Cleaning should be improved for better maintenance. read more

There is 24X7 power back up in the apartments. It is a perfect place to live, all the basic amenities like gym, clubhouse is there. The greenery, cleanliness is properly maintained. The metro is also almost built in the area within the range of 1Km. Buses, rickshaws, ola, uber etc. are easily available form here, it is full running road. The neighborhood is great, people are very friendly here. We have shifted to other place because we took a bigger in space or else the society was fantastic. read more

Good things here

I had easy access to public transports from the society. The reliable garbage collection with proper waste segregation. The construction quality is top-notch, no issues like seepage or termites, and our apartment is well-ventilated. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well-maintained, plus having CCTV cameras and security guards makes me feel safe. read more

Things need improvement

One thing that bothers me is the distance to the market, about 3 to 4 kilometers away. But my major concern is the water supply, they use groundwater from borewells, which affects its quality. Being a bit introverted, I don't interact much with neighbors, but that's more about my preference than a problem with the society itself. read more

Connectivity of society is great with availability of cabs, autos and public transport nearby. No issues like leakage , seepage or cracks in the building . Maintenance of society is quite great with timely water , electricity supply . People in the society are quite friendly . All amenities like swimming pool , gym , clubhouse and park are available in the society . Good security and parking facilities. read more

Because there are no traffic congestion, cabs show up on time so each time. The rates are reasonable compared to the amenities provided, which include beautiful green parks, gyms, fitness clubs, jogging tracks, clean and wide streets with street lights, grocery stores, open spaces, and virtually no electricity or water concerns.
