In the society, there are no issues with dampness or cracks anywhere, and the building is very strong. Cleaning is done on time, and everywhere is kept clean. The neighbors also talk nicely. read more

Things need improvement

In the society, people have some issues with pets because some pet owners neglect others. The people are also not very friendly. Additionally, there is no bus stand near the society. read more

Maintenance of the society is very good. Cabs and autos are easily available in the society if we book Ola or Uber. Garbage collection is very efficient; they will collect dry and wet waste separately. Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. The maintenance of the swimming pool is very good. Facilities are available nearby, including grocery stores, supermarkets, and shopping malls, making shopping convenient. Greenery in the society is very good. The construction quality is very good, with no seepage or leaks. read more

Things need improvement

Connectivity inside the society is an issue. If we book cabs and autos, it takes a lot of time for them to arrive, which is very inconvenient. The flats are not very spacious; for a 3BHK, the areas are small, and the maintenance expenses are high. Public transportation like buses is available within 1-2 km from the society, but it is still very inconvenient. read more

The society is incredibly well-connected. It's easy to reach important areas using public transport, including spots like Electronic City. Plus, there are a few schools and a market nearby, which is super convenient. Maintenance is a priority here they regularly collect garbage and make sure to separate wet and dry waste. The common areas are always well-maintained. The construction quality is excellent, with no issues like seepage or termites, and the apartments have good ventilation. There are plenty of amenities, including a gym, a clubhouse with lots of indoor activities, a swimming pool, a basketball court, and a tennis court, all kept in great condition. The neighbors are friendly and humble, which makes living here even better. read more

The main downside is the narrow street that connects the society to the main road. It�s always jammed with traffic, which makes commuting a hassle. Other than that, everything else in the society is excellent. read more
