What's more, the quality of construction in our community is exceptional, with no worries about leaks or pests, and the ventilation is spot-on for a comfortable living environment. The added perk of having designated parking spots for each resident, along with visitor parking, ensures smooth parking arrangements, all while adhering to the community rules. Waste management is taken seriously here, with regular garbage collection and a commitment to segregating wet and dry waste efficiently. The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, bus, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Mall is attached with the society. Good amount of parking space is alloted to all residents. Water logging issues are not faced as such, drainage system is good in the society. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. Garbage are disposed on time. Pest control and paintings are done on time. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such, the construction quality is good. Ventilation is quite good as compared to other societies. Facilities and Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. Badminton and basket ball court are also available. The Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Elevators works properly and is maintained on timely basis. Balcony is available and rooms are properly ventilated in the society. People are very understanding and friendly in the society. read more
