Good things here

The connectivity is quite good, with schools and markets nearby and public transport easily available. The regular garbage collection with wet and dry segregation is a plus. I appreciate the gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool, which are well-maintained. The neighbours are friendly, and the security guards are diligent and strict about outsiders. read more

Things need improvement

There�s a big issue with car parking. Some residents have more than one car and park wherever they find space, creating chaos. The area is also very dusty due to heavy traffic, and this affects the cleanliness of the society. The cleaning is done only once or twice a week, leaving the floors dirty most of the time. There is water leakage in some apartments, and I can see seepage in the balcony of my neighbors. The swimming pool lacks a safety ring, and the society's association is not very active, making it hard to get complaints addressed. The absence of CCTV cameras is also a concern, especially for the safety of my kids. read more

I really appreciate the good connectivity and easily available public transport, which makes commuting hassle-free. Things need improvement

Unfortunately, there are issues with bathroom and balcony leakage, which have been quite troublesome. The lifts not working during peak hours adds to the inconvenience. Additionally, the society doesn't collect garbage from homes, so residents have to dump it themselves, although the garbage collection from designated points is good and efficient. Other than these issues, everything else in the society is satisfactory. read more

Connected locality with easy availability of cabs and autos if we book Ola or Uber, very convenient. Water facilities are very good, with reliable power backups available. Garbage collection is very good; they will collect waste daily without any inconvenience. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, and kids' play area are available and well-maintained. Public transportation is available within a 500-meter radius, which is very convenient. Hospital availability with walkable distance, and restaurants with fine dining. Greenery sets very good in the city. Security is tight, very good. read more

Things need improvement

Construction quality is very poor, the pipes' quality is very bad, there are multiple leaks in the pipes, and there is also a sewage leak. It's very inconvenient. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Area pays for maintenance, which is 13,500 with this. read more
