I'm really loving the location; it's super handy being close to the monorail station and having easy access to public transport. Plus, having markets and hospitals nearby is a big bonus. Dealing with the constant crowd from the nearby KEM hospital can be a bit much sometimes, and it's a shame there aren't more auto-rickshaws around or a swimming pool facility to escape to.
