Good things here

Security was really good as there was police station just beside the society so surrounding was quite safe and secure. Build quality was good,no leakage,seepage,termide pesticides issues in the apartment. All the modern amenities were there in the society and everything wad fully functional. Allocated parking space was there for owners and visitors. read more

Things need improvement

Local railway station is not at walkable distance but there is foot bridge connectivity to the railways station. Power back up facilities were not there in the society. read more

Tharwani Heritage is one of the best places located in navi mumbai. Thisnplace is quite good in terms of its connectivity. Electricity and water supply are not an issue in this place.
