Good things here

Getting an Ola or Uber within 1-2 minutes was a big plus. The lifts in the society were excellent. Connectivity was top-notch, with plenty of shops nearby for groceries, medical needs, and household repairs. The construction was good, with balconies in the flats providing great ventilation. Society members celebrated festivals together, creating a friendly atmosphere. We had ample water and electricity supply, and the garbage disposal was prompt. The open spaces and greenery in the society were pleasing. Plus, there were amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym available for everyone to enjoy. read more

Things need improvement

Not having a metro station nearby was a major issue for the society. Improving connectivity should be a priority. Additionally, there were some restrictions for bachelors in the society, which was a bit of a drawback. read more

I used to live in the Welworth society earlier, and it was a very good place to live. Everything was well-maintained, with good connectivity, easily accessible cabs, and autos. Cleanliness was top-notch, and the lifts were always well-maintained. The construction was good, with flats having balconies and good ventilation. Festivals were celebrated within the society, and the people were friendly. Additionally, the society offered amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and clubhouse. read more

Things need improvement

I didn't encounter any major issues in the society, everything was good. There was a minor issue with seepage, and the issue resolution process could be enhanced a bit. read more

Connectivity is good, with autos readily available. The residents of the society are decent and cooperative, and they celebrate festivals together. The flats have good ventilation, with enough sunlight. read more

Things need improvement

There are many issues in the society, such as persistent problems with leakage and seepage for many years. Although all modern amenities are available, they are not maintained well. Cleanliness is not adequately maintained in the society. Occasionally, there are water supply issues. The roads outside the society are not properly maintained, and cleanliness is lacking on the roads. read more

There is good security and parking facilities . Ventilation of society is good . Connectivity of society is good with availability of cabs and autos nearby . Amenities like swimming pool , gym ,club house and park are available in the society. read more

The building is quite old . There are issues like leakage , seepage and cracks in the building . Swimming pool , gym and clubhouse are not that well maintained . People are not that engaging , they don't celebrate festivals together. read more

Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of autos and rikshaws. Market areas for shopping are available nearby. Maintenance quality of the society is very good with hygiene maintained. CCTVs are installed. Construction quality is satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Residents are friendly and cooperative. The locality of the society is very good. read more
