I love the connectivity of our society, it's so convenient to have auto rickshaws, buses, and cabs easily accessible just a short walk away. The wide roads here mean we rarely face any major traffic issues, which is a huge relief. arking space is available and allocated for everyone. Having malls, local shops, supermarkets, schools, and restaurants right outside our society makes running errands or grabbing a bite to eat incredibly convenient. I appreciate how well-maintained our society is; the maintenance services are prompt, and cleanliness and hygiene are always a priority. Garbage collection is done on time. The maintenance charges are affordable, the elevators are well-maintained. I love that we have amenities like a gym, swimming pool, park, clubhouse, and play area for kids, all of which are kept in excellent condition. The presence of security guards and properly functioning CCTV cameras adds an extra layer of safety and security to our community. Overall, the people in our society are friendly and social, regular painting and upkeep are done to keep the buildings looking fresh and well-maintained. read more

Unfortunately, seepage and leakage are common issues in many of the flats here. The construction quality of the buildings seems to be average, which likely contributes to these problems. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Open space parking is available. Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are properly installed and functions properly.
