Good things here

It is a well maintained gated society with high security system. All basic facilities like clinic, vegetable vendors, a small supermarket, medical store, ATM, etc. are available with in the Complex. Ola, Uber vehicles can be booked which are easily available. Bus facilities are introduced from Society to Panvel Railway Station. read more

Things need improvement

The main railway station "Panvel" is almost 6 km away from away. Now Society has introduced bus services from Society via DMart, Reliance Surper Smart Bazar, market to Panvel railway station which is the main railway station. read more

Autos are readily available outside the society. Daily use items can be purchased from shops within the society. There is no leakage in the flat. The society has all modern amenities. read more

Things need improvement

In the society, bachelors are not treated well despite paying full rent. They are not allowed to use the amenities, and if visitors come to their homes, entry is granted only with the owner's permission, not just the tenant's permission. During festivals, loud music is played, but if bachelors have a celebration in their flat, it causes problems for the other residents, who complain about loud music and ask to stop it after 10 PM. The society is on the outskirts, and it takes 20-30 minutes to reach the main city. Because of this, auto drivers charge 150 rupees just to go to the station, which is very high. There is no market near the society, and there are seepage issues in the flat. read more
