Good things here

Bus stop is just outside the society. connectivity is good around the society, public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society. nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available around the society. The maintainance of the society is good. Management of the society is very good. Security system is good. CCTV cameras are installed all over the society. Lifts are properly functional. I have not yet seen any seepage and leakage issues in my flat. Parking is available for all. All the cultural events and festivals are celebrated in the society, neighbours are friendly and cooperative. The appartments in the society are very spacious. read more

Swimmingpool is not available in the society. In amenities gym, club house, indor and outdoor games are not available in the society. There are no such improvements required in this society. read more

The internet connection is problematic due to a monopoly enforced by maintenance, limiting options and reliability. Additionally, water supply issues are frequent, causing inconvenience. Lastly, the requirement for numerous legal and unnecessary agreements adds to the frustration and hassle. These factors significantly detract from the living experience. read more

Autos, cabs, and public transport are easily available. The metro station is nearby. Parking is allotted, and painting is done on time. There are hardly any problems with water or electricity supply. Lifts are installed, and the construction quality is good. The society is friendly, and the residents are nice. read more

Things need improvement

There is a bit of a seepage problem in my flat. The society has all the amenities, but they are not in working condition. The coordination within the committee members and the residents needs to be improved, as it is not good at all. read more
