Good things here

Power cuts were never a problem because the society had backup power for both flats and common areas. Water supply was reliable 24/7. Residents were friendly, and we celebrated festivals together. Malls and restaurants were conveniently close by, and there was plenty of parking for both residents and visitors. All modern amenities were available. Connectivity was excellent, with autos and buses easily accessible nearby. read more

Some of the flats had cracks on the walls. The metro station was not within walking distance; you needed to take an auto to reach it. read more

Maintenance is very poor in our society. There is no cleanliness, and we have not been receiving water for a month; we have to arrange water ourselves. The lifts are not functioning properly; they often break down. Although there are modern amenities, they are not maintained at all. read more
