Good things here

I have been living in this society since a long time, people here are very good and engaging, we celebrate various festivals like durga pooja, holi , etc together, people really feels like a family. Connectivity here is quite good with proper proper parking spaces and autos, cabs easily accessible. Railway station is also situated nearby. Maintenace facilities here are also okay with proper lift and cleanliness. CCTVs cameras are also available in the society so there are no security issues. read more

Things need improvement

Everything here is independently maintained, there are no garbage facilities provided. There are issues relating to seepage in almost every flat here. Talking about amenities, there are no gyms, swimming pools or club house. read more

Good things here

The lift and CCTV are well maintained. Festivals like Durga Puja and Diwali are celebrated. Malls, markets, schools, and colleges are available within 10-15 minutes. Public transport like autos and buses is easily accessible. There are amenities such as a hall, garden, covered and uncovered car parking, and guest parking. read more

Things need improvement

However, there is no swimming pool or gym. The metro is quite far from the society. There was an issue with other society members dumping garbage on the road outside, which we reported to the municipality. There was also a problem with water leakage from bathroom tiles affecting the lower floors. The maintenance charges are 1. 75 rupees per square foot. read more

Good things here

All festivals like Holi, Diwali, and others are celebrated with enthusiasm in the society. There is covered parking available. Cleaning in the society is perfect, and maintenance of facilities like lifts, CCTV, and security is well-done. Neighbors are very friendly and helpful. Nearby, there are grocery stores, local markets, and malls. Public transport like rickshaws is easily available. read more

Things need improvement

However, amenities such as swimming pool, playground, garden, gym, and clubhouse are not available in the society. The metro is under construction near the society. The construction quality is not the best, and there are some issues with seepage and leakage. read more

Good things here

Society culture of this society is very good. It feels very good when all members of the society celebrate the festivals together, people are literally very good. no issues regarding water supply, electricals supply, etc. there are no issues regarding seepage, cracks etc. Security facilities are also okay, CCTV's are there. Currently, metro station is also under construction nearby, Autos and cabs are easily accessible , parking space is also sufficient. read more

Things need improvement

There are no amenities available like gyms, swimming pools or public parks. There is only a small park for morning walk that's it no playing area nothing, also there is high maintenance fees read more

Good things here

Maintenance charges are justified. Cleanliness is maintained. Water is available 24/7. Festivals are celebrated. Residents are decent. There are no issues of leakage or seepage in my flat. There is no traffic issue near the society. Autos and buses are easily available. read more

Things need improvement

There is no local railway station or metro station near the society. One of the roads outside the society is good, while the other is in very poor condition. The society does not have any modern amenities. read more
